Kiran Reddy, has over 15 years of experience in Information technology and general management experience in the areas of Enterprise Applications, Internet Infrastructure, Distributed Systems and Database Management Systems. He has worked with diverse clientele including several Fortune 100 companies and government organizations. Kiran began his professional career at Tata Unisys Corporation as a software engineer in the banking applications group. He holds an MBA from Pune University and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and communication engineering.

10+ years experience in IT industry (India, US and Europe) and is acknowledged as an authority in technology. He directs the technology vision and is responsible for aligning the company's technical competence with the emerging trends and futuristic technologies, relevant to our customers and the industry.

He has built the Product Engineering Services business since its inception. His leadership, vision, and expertise in the Delivery managment has helped the company build a strong focus in specific domains delivering world-class products and services to its global customers. As a strong technologist, He created a deep research division that works on building Ready to Integrate (R2I) Intellectual Properties in futuristic technologies.

Prior to ObjectOne, He worked with Accenture as the Competency head of its Global R&D division.
